Unforeseen circumstances may cause changes to your holiday plans. Therefore we advise our customers to take part in a cancellation fund. In the event of cancellation or premature termination accommodation costs will not be refunded when you did not take part in this fund. The fee of the cancellation fund is 7% of your accommodation costs with a minimum of 6 euros. The conditions of cancellation are to be found in our General Conditions.
